How to add a mail account?

1. Login to cPanel

2. Click on “Mail”, click on “Add / Remove accounts” and click on “Add Account”, at the bottom of the page.

3. Enter the following information for the new email account.

  • Email: Enter the name of the email address you wish to create and select the domain name from the dropdown.
  • Password: Enter your desired password for the account.
  • Quota (optional): Enter the mail quota, in MBs, the email account can use or you can leave as unlmited..
  • Click on the “Create” button.

Example: If you wish to create ‘info@yourcompany.com’, enter ‘info’ in the field and select ’yourcompany.com’ from the dropdown list.
