How to set the default address for your account?

1. Login to cPanel.
2. Click on “Mail” and then click on “Add / Remove accounts”.
3. Select the domain for which you want to change the default address from the dropdown list and enter the desired default address in the field.
4. If you want to discard all incoming unrouted mail, enter :blackhole: in the field or enter :fail: in the field to bounce them.
5. Click on the “Change” button to set the default address.
How to change the quota of a mail account?

2. Click on “Mail” and then click on “Add / Remove accounts”.
3. Llocate the mail account, you want to change the quota for and click on the “Change Quota” button next to it.
4. You will be taken to the Change Mail Account Settings page. In the field next to New Quota, enter the new quota for the mail account in MBs
5. Click on the “Change” button.
How to change the password of a mail account?

3. Locate the email account you wish to remove and click on the “Delete” button next to it.
4. You will be asked for the confirmation, Are you sure you wish to delete the e-mail account info@yourcomapany.com? click on “Yes” to delete it.

1. Login to cPanel
2. Click on “Mail”, click on “Add / Remove accounts” and click on “Add Account”, at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter the following information for the new email account.
- Email: Enter the name of the email address you wish to create and select the domain name from the dropdown.
- Password: Enter your desired password for the account.
- Quota (optional): Enter the mail quota, in MBs, the email account can use or you can leave as unlmited..
- Click on the “Create” button.
Example: If you wish to create ‘info@yourcompany.com’, enter ‘info’ in the field and select ’yourcompany.com’ from the dropdown list.

1. Login to cPanel.
2. Click on “Mail” and then click on ” Spam Assassin ”.
3. Click on “Configure Spam Assassin” button.
4. Setup the following options as per your requirements
- required_hits – The number of e-mails received before a certain e-mail is considered spam.
- rewrite_subject – Alter the subject line of spam e-mail. Enter 1 to enable or 0 to disable.
- subject_tag – Text added to the subject line of spam e-mails. rewrite_subject must be enabled for this to work.
- blacklist_from – Enter an e-mail address that you always want classified as spam. The asterix symbol (*) can be used as a wildcard.
- whitelist_from – Enter an e-mail address that you never want classified as spam. The asterix symbol (*) can be used as a wildcard.
5. Click on “Save” button.
